very rude guy so over priced wants $240 without anything to put her in after the cremation. she's 3.2lbs only. He doesn't have compassionate or empathetic bone in him not even one word of kindness out of his mouth.
After, we said it was hard for us to come up with the money upfront. He told us to put her in her own freezer. Otherwise, he told my husband to wrap her up in a plastic bag leave her on a cold floor. What kind of owner give advice like that Whoa really died for five days on the floor.
She just died unexpectedly we don't have that money sitting around.
After, a couple of days I called him to confirm we got it. please call us back with details for dropping her off.... nothing from him so I call leave a message again.
He returns my call coughing in my ear and ask if he's okay. Says making it...
I was kind of upset cause he was being rude cause I told him it would have been nice to have a return call so we could of made plans. He wants me to drop everything to bring her in today. So, this way she can be processed which meant cremated on Thursday..
Okay, I understand what and why he was needing her dropped off. We started talking about the price I thought it was $250 without something to put her in.
So, as any client dropping of their dog would have the question, when can I pick her up?
He said no can Friday they do Kona pickup so I said I can grab her Saturday...he goes off IDK can't guarantee that she'll be done by then.. like what do you mean you can't guarantee you just said she's going to be cremated on Thursday....
I told him she's not just a dog she's her baby I don't want her sitting around.
Told him that it wasn't making sense You told me I had to bring her in today so she could be cremated tomorrow on the schedule.... I am literally just repeating everything you told me.
He even got more disrespectful after I said you're contradicting yourself. Why don't
