very rude guy so over priced wants $240 without anything to put her in after the cremation. she's 3.2lbs only. He doesn't have compassionate or empathetic bone in him not even one word of kindness out of his mouth.

After, we said it was hard for us to come up with the money upfront. He told us to put her in her own freezer. Otherwise, he told my husband to wrap her up in a plastic bag leave her on a cold floor. What kind of owner give advice like that Whoa really died for five days on the floor.

She just died unexpectedly we don't have that money sitting around.

After, a couple of days I called him to confirm we got it. please call us back with details for dropping her off.... nothing from him so I call leave a message again.
