"We're pleased to be able to offer this valuable content in partnership with an innovative local company that's solving real problems for people faced with end-of-life decisions," said Eric Ulken, executive director of digital strategy for Philly.com. "We're also proud to host I'm Sorry to Hear at Project Liberty, the digital media incubator located within our newsroom."

Rachel Zeldin, Founder of I’m Sorry to Hear, commented on the partnership saying, “What a great honor it is for us to partner with the area's largest news outlet and assist them in better serving their users. It’s a win-win-win: Philly.com can leverage high quality and targeted content on funeral planning, users have easy access to funeral planning tools and tips at their fingertips, and I’m Sorry to Hear continues on the mission of consumer education and advocacy for life’s final event.  We look forward to seeing this partnership thrive and helping our users navigate this murky and confusing process.”
