Shameful, 3 weeks until they Cremated My Husband. Heard they did an illegal Body Stacking in their Coolers too, from some research of their Questionable Business. Still after a month, I have not got the 6 Death Certificates, that were prearranged from last year when purchased Mine & My Husbands Cremations. There were over 12 Errors on the Death Certificate they wanted my to sign online. I refused to sign and since then, they have lied to me & seem bothered if you question them. I call the County of Los Angeles, where the Death Certificates come from and they said there was no backup, that they were not being honest at all to us. I Prepurchased our Cremations to avoid the Stress, but Beware of this Place, they will STRESS YOU OUT.

Affordable Cremations & Burial in Apple Valley used the excuse of Covid about the 3 week delay in my Husband's Cremation. And I still have not received the 6~Death Certificates I Pre~Paid for. I call the Los Angeles Country to see what the hold up was about and was told they were not backed up, that the Funeral Home was not being honest with me about why I had not gotten my Husband's Death Certificates. An important issue that happened right from the being on Easter Day (he passed at home on Early Easter Morning) was when they sent my Copy to Sign on my Computer, I found over 12 Errors. Like Misspelling of My Maiden Name, Wrong Country that I live in, Wrong State that my Husbands Dad was Born in, Wrong Name of the Place We Live, They had My Husband's Ashes to be sent to My Nieces Address (Plus I had told them I would Pick Up His Ashes a number of times) & they had Me Named as His Wufe ?? How could they misspell Wife with all the corrective abilities ? I am Seriously considering getting a Refund for My Cremation I Purchased, the same time My Husband Purchased His Cremation Last Year 2022. Getting Our Cremations in Advance, did not save Us from Stress, they Literarily Created Stress for Me and the Children. I Do Not Want Our Kids to Go Thru This with Me, when My Time Comes. Woke People have and are Destroying Everything We Americans Stand For & More. Sad But True, from the Widow
