Still Waiting to Hear Back
I would love to leave a 5 * review but my mother has contacted them multiple times with little to no results. The director came out once to talk to her about setting up her end of life plans and then never called her back even though she called several times and told him she had the forms.

Since this is something that cannot keep waiting as it has been over a year waiting for service, I called the Funeral home and asked if there was an issue or if they no longer offered end of life planning. I was told the Funeral director would get right back to me and that it must have been a mistake that he never returned any phone calls.

So they took my name and number and said John would call me right back. Well it has been several months and still no service.

My mother told me the price he originally gave her for the cremation service and it was more than double what was a listed price for the same service in RI. I have not had a chance to ask why or if it was an incorrect quote.

So for competitive pricing - at least the quote we received was totally out of line with that recommended in RI.

Variety of Services I can't speak to.

Responsiveness - the front office seemed fine but John deserves negative stars.

Professionalism - see above with responsiveness

Quality of Service - getting quality service is an issue so I have no idea what the actual service would be like.
