    Poor quality of service
I am so saddened that I have been lied to by the funeral home director right to my face of a simple request. I asked him before I left NC how much would it cost to have two laminated obituaries made, he said that there would be NO cost to me. Well I made it up to Ohio the following week and still no progress of the laminates. So I wrote down my address and handed it to him directly he said that he would mail them to me, still a month later NO laminates. So I also have called the funeral home 4 times, NO return call to me from the funeral home at all. It's a shame that the director lied to me and couldn't even DO one simple thing. I strongly expressed how much it would mean to me and my mother to have the laminates of our cousin, but that obviously didn't mean nothing to the director. Shame on incompetence of this funeral home.

Funeral homes and cremation providers offer a wide range of services to assist families with funeral arrangements. Full-service funeral homes offer everything from burial services to cremation services. They often sell caskets, urns, and other memorial products. Their cremation prices are generally higher than direct cremation providers.

Direct cremation providers often operate out of simpler offices and work directly with the crematory to provide lower-cost cremation services for families in the community. Since they have lower overhead costs, cremation costs and immediate or simple burials many be less expensive than full-service funeral homes.
