Simple Cremation

Im absolutely disgusted with this company. I recieved my dads ashes through mail and the ern was blown out from the bottom! Ashes were everywhere. I picked up the box and ashes were leaking out of the box!! They packed the ern with packing peanuts!!! Which if they had any common sense. They would have used a thick bag to put inside the ern. Taped it shut, and used Styrofoam, and bubble rap to ship it. That way there was no way the ern could have moved. I understand the shipping didnt take proper care of it, HOWEVER the ern should have never been able to move. It just goes to show how much this company doesnt care about you, or your loved ones ashes. Nothing like scooping up your loved ones ashes from the inside of the box, and having to vaccum them out of your car. And when i called management this asshole didnt seem like he cared that much and wanted to blame the shipping company. Again, if it was packaged correctly this would have never happened. And do yourself a favor and do not use one of the erns they sell. Mine was thin cardboard and complete garbage. When i asked for a full refund which i think i deserve because of the pain and struggle this has caused, the manager said they will only refund the ern and shipping which came to about $220. And total was about $1300. Absolutely disgusted!! Shame on you simple cremation!!!!
