We engaged RW in 2014 when our father passed away. The work was fine. So when Mother passed away in Feb 2016, we hired them again. Appalling treatment. One principal approached my sister and expressed condolences in the loss of our father. It was our MOTHER ! Very sloppy. But key problem with these guys - we were all at the gravesite. It's a sunny saturday in FEB. As pastor spoke, the dump trucks began arriving and hovering. At first - no one noticed as we all paused to reflect.... then unbelievably, another RW manager in a suit began to shoo us away, because "the workers need to do their job"..... It felt real bad. I checked with two other professionals in the industry. They told me a cardinal rule was broken. You let the family have its time at the gravesite - professionals don't begin rolling up the dump trucks and shooing the family away in deference to the workers .... unbelievable. End result - a real feeling of being treated with unacceptable arrogance. I would not recommend these guys.

Funeral homes and cremation providers offer a wide range of services to assist families with funeral arrangements. Full-service funeral homes offer everything from burial services to cremation services. They often sell caskets, urns, and other memorial products. Their cremation prices are generally higher than direct cremation providers.

Direct cremation providers often operate out of simpler offices and work directly with the crematory to provide lower-cost cremation services for families in the community. Since they have lower overhead costs, cremation costs and immediate or simple burials many be less expensive than full-service funeral homes.
