Marsh Funeral Home, specifically Aziz, went above and beyond to handle every detail for what was the hardest day of our family's life. He brought ease to our journey, was incredibly easy to work with, listened, and provided useful advice for items to handle following the service that saved everyone time trying to figure out. He was more than a Funeral Director, he was someone who could read a room, understand how different individuals grieve, could pick up on humor, and knew we were all deeply grieving despite trying to hold back from losing it. We held an unconventional service at the grave site with a small group of people, and he treated the day as if it were a large beautiful wedding, orchestrating the set-up of the chairs, ensuring the Pastor had what he needed, and most importantly, just being there for us. He's the type of guy who if you say 'jump', he'll say, 'how high?' He cares about people through and through - a wonderful individual who somehow has mastered the art of bringing light to a day of darkness. Aziz listened first to exactly what we wanted, and gave us just that - no overselling, saying we needed XYZ, and made it very easy on us.
