Forget-Me-Not Services
Pet cremation services for all size dogs and cats, as well as birds, reptiles and other pets. You can choose either Witnessed, Private, or Group cremation.
Forget-Me-Not has installed the newest, multi-chamber retort on the market. Our new retort has eight private cremation chambers allowing us to provide you with private cremations at an individual cremation price.
Witnessed cremations are done by appointment only.
Pickup is complimentary at all veterinarian facilities. Home pickup is available at a nominal charge between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. If after 9:00 pm, please call our emergency phone line for a list of 24 hour emergency hospitals in your area. Or, you can bring your pet to Forget-Me-Not in person during normal business hours.
Your pet’s cremains are returned to you quickly in a complimentary urn or you may choose from our selection of decorative urns.
